A fun, free space to practise non judgement and to move our bodies. Ecstatic dance is a space to take yourself into a trance state through music and movement.

We will start with a short circle sharing promises, intentions and non judgment practises. Then the music will free us and allow our bodies to move how they want.

Body love and acceptance. A fun space for shifts, healing or simply letting go.
