A day long workshop connecting us to nature, through visualisation, meditation, shamanic techniques and much more.

Some of the day will be outside in the countryside, so bring the right clothing and footwear.

Trees, plants, herbs, water, fire, air, earth will all be worked with.

Lovely shared lunch: please bring a dish to share.
