Shadow work is essential for everyone in any sort of relationship. When learning or practising any form of Shamanic/ healing/ energetic modality it becomes really important. Understanding our shadow, how it forms, unveiling our shame around it, and learning & practising shadow work allows us to be more of a clear channel for truth and spirit.

The way I teach and embody this work is often said to be more thorough and with better trauma informed holding than folks have done before. There's depth, self compassion and somatic nervous system practises involved to support the work... otherwise, I find, shadow work actually can create more shame and shadow. 

​

Shadow work cannot be done alone, we need a community/ relationship to shine a light into the darkness for us. Done in a group setting like this, the work goes deep and is long lasting.
