This 4 session online journey includes:

Session 1:
Who are the ancestors? How you are an ancestor and a deeper understanding of the lineage. Includes how we have been removed from our ancestral knowing via colonization. Working with ancestors of different lands.

Session 2:
How to connect with the Ancestors.
Dicussing different practises and sharing ways to set up your own way of working with your ancestors. Including a drum journey to find what your ancestors need from you.

Session 3:
Ceremony: Healing with the Ancestors.

Session 4:
 Circle: to check in, see how you have experienced this, support, helping with integration and answering any questions.
