We sit together and create a safer space for you. I listen with an open, non judgemental heart. We move on to  energy work, shamanic journeying, activations, past life, ancestral or meditation work your higher self, ancestors and guides show us you need for your greatest good & greatest healing.

Ultimately I aim for this to be an empowering space, where you can reclaim you.
